You can also imagine every muscle in your body completely relaxing, from the top of your head, to the bottom of your paws. Or, you can undertake it the opposite way. It doesn't matter. Just truthfulness relax.

3. Once you are done relaxing, you find yourself in trance.

Once head arrives in that trance state, you may not feel any different than before you started. Your diet program may affect the way your body responds to relaxation together with sleep. Going to bed using a comfortable stomach is several ways to fall sleeping, so do not take a meal before bedtime as this will quite often cause heartburn or heartburn or acid reflux. As a result, one will feel uncomfortable, as food is going to be difficult to digest while prone. Also avoid caffeine, liquor, tobacco and spicy meals. These things tend to wake your system up rather than unwind it.
