About Fighterz.com Fighterz.com is a social and business networking website for Mixed Martial Artists, Fans, Sponsors, Agents and Models. You can use it to meet up with friends, get informed about social and business happenings or organize your events; the list is endless. This is a free service made available to everyone. Information Collection and Use Registration When you sign-up on http://www.Fighterz.com, you enter your name, email address and create a password. You may also enter personal information into your profile, events, groups, forums etc. Any information you enter in is optional and private, and accessible only to you or to those that you authorize. We receive and store the above-mentioned information collected on http://www.Fighterz.com. Surveys/Contests From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. Such surveys/contests shall be announced through the website, and only when you choose to opt in, will you receive an email from us. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip/ postal code). Invite Friends When inviting friends to join the site you may enter their email addresses directly or use one of our import options to import friend's lists. We do not store any other information you provide to import friend's lists or invite friends. Such information is provided only and directly to the program or website you have selected to import your contacts from. Uses of Information A user's profile and preference information are displayed on the website according to the user preferences. User's name and photo (optional) along with summary profile is posted and available to all users of the website. We also use your name and email address to notify you of new members, messages or other information, such as an invitation to join a friend's buddy list. In addition, we will send you messages when there are substantive changes to the service or our policies. When users invite friends to the website using the "fetch" service, the login information they supply is only used to access the chosen site or program on their behalf, and is not stored on our site. The imported information is also not stored and is used only to invite the friends that users choose from their own lists. All this information is immediately deleted once the invitation process has been completed. We reserve the right to access, preserve, and disclose your personal information and the contents of your account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect the rights and property of Fighterz.com, its affiliates or the public. We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. Our newsletter service is also designed to keep members abreast of news, music, events etc. These periodic communications are promotional in nature, and you may opt out if you would not like to receive them.
